Impact

While we didn’t conduct a formal analysis of the "gains" from this research, the true value came from providing decision-makers with actionable data. By offering a clear understanding of user behaviors and pain points, we equipped stakeholders with the insights needed to make informed decisions. Sometimes, even a foundational layer of data can create a meaningful impact, guiding strategies and improving outcomes in tangible ways.
