Partnered with the B2B team to revitalize the Corporate Business Partners page, a cornerstone for building trust and making a strong first impression with prospective companies. This redesign emphasized clarity, professionalism, and user-focused design to foster long-term relationships with businesses. By aligning visuals, content, and functionality, the page now effectively communicates value and builds confidence for partnerships that go the distance.

Research
To ensure the redesign met the needs of business customers, I audited similar business pages across the industry, identifying key elements that drive value and trust. Using these insights, I sketched a rough outline that prioritized clear communication, intuitive navigation, and compelling calls to action.

Low-FI Prototyping
To stay aligned with the B2B team’s expectations while working within a tight deadline, I created a low-fidelity prototype of the page. This allowed us to collaboratively refine the structure and content early in the process, ensuring we stayed on track. By securing buy-in at this stage, we avoided missteps and streamlined the path to a polished, effective redesign.

Implementation
With the low-fi prototype approved, I moved quickly into implementation, coding the page with clean, scalable HTML and CSS to ensure long-term maintainability. I collaborated with the development team to integrate the functionality needed for business account inquiries and optimized the design for responsive layouts. Rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) was conducted to guarantee a seamless experience across devices, delivering a professional and intuitive page ahead of the tight deadline.

The key win from this project was the dramatic increase in user engagement. The average time spent on the Corporate Business Partners page skyrocketed from 15 seconds to 76 seconds—a staggering 406% improvement. This increase highlights the effectiveness of the redesign in capturing attention, delivering value, and fostering trust with prospective business partners. It’s a clear demonstration of how thoughtful design and collaboration can drive impactful results.
